Orlando Jones dostał rolę w Identity...

... czekamy na informacje o Wencie.
Orlando Jones has closed a deal to star in ABC's Identity.
He will play Agent Wareing in the procedural, centered on "an elite police unit formed to combat the explosion of identity-related crime."
The script was written by John Glenn, with Mark Gordon and Deb Spera executive producing. ABC Studios is behind the project.
As first reported by THR last week, ABC made an offer to Jones along with Wentworth Miller to star in the network's pilot presentation.
Jones is no stranger to the small screen, recurring on CBS' Rules of Engagement and ABC's Men in Trees.

In this post-Prison Break world, Wentworth Miller is becoming known more for his scripting skills – he wrote the drama Stoker under a pseudonym that has attracted Nicole Kidman, Colin Firth and director Chan-wook Park – than for his acting. But he’s still staying in front of the camera and has just agreed to star in Analog.

As the title might suggest, the film will deal with a man who is having trouble adapting to our increasingly digital world. In this case, the focus will be on Miller’s troubled, introverted genius, who is stumbling through life looking for love but, for all his intelligence, just can’t find that special someone.

Mike Million wrote the script, which found itself on the Black List of highly regarded screenplays back in 2005. He’s now scraped together the money to get it made and will direct it as his second stint wielding the megaphone. He has $3 million to shoot with and is looking at kicking off production this summer in Michigan, though nothing is set in stone yet. Chances are he’s still looking for the right romantic foil for Miller.
Wentworth Miller, the breakout star of Fox's "Prison Break," is attached to topline the indie dramedy "Analog."
Mike Million ("Tenure") is directing from his own screenplay, which appeared on the Black List in 2005.

Story follows an introverted genius who tries to find a love connection in an increasingly digital world.

Brendan McDonald is producing the $3 million movie, which is gearing up for a possible summer shoot in Michigan. In addition to the Luke Wilson comedy "Tenure," he previously produced the Irish indie "The Runway."

Million recently completed a rewrite of Paul Haggis' script for "Honeymoon With Harry."

Miller is a budding scribe himself, having written "Stoker" for Fox Searchlight under the pseudonym Ted Foulke. He most recently co-starred opposite Milla Jovovich and Ali Larter in Paul W.S. Anderson's "Resident Evil: Afterlife.

Miller is repped by ICM, while WME and McDonald Entertainment rep Million.

Wentworth Miller w nowym serialu- oby to była prawda!

Wentworth Miller i Orlando Jones starają się o rolę w pilocie "Identity" stacji ABC. Scenariusz napisany przez autora "Eagle Eye" Johna Glenna opowiada o elitarnym oddziale policyjnym.
The pilot revolves around an elite police unit formed to combat the explosion of identity-related crime.
ABC has made offers to Wentworth Miller and Orlando Jones for a pilot presentation for Identity, according to sources.
The show is a procedural, a milieu ABC has had little success with. It revolves around “an elite police unit formed to combat the explosion of identity-related crime,” according to the logline.

The ABC Studios drama is written by John Glenn and executive produced by Deb Spera and Mark Gordon, who has a long-standing relationship with ABC Studios via his work on Grey’s Anatomy and Private Practice. Spera and Gordon also ep CBS’ Criminal Minds and Lifetime’s Army Wives.

Jones has worked extensively in television including multiple-episode arcs on Rules of Engagement and Men In Trees. Miller rose to fame in Fox’s Prison Break. A graduate of Princeton University (with a BA in English Lit), Miller penned a horror-themed screenplay that last year went into development at Fox Searchlight.

Wentworth Miller w Resident Evil 5?

Z http://www.ps3site.pl

Nicole Kidman i Colin Firth dołączą do obsady Stokera?

Z JustJared:

Nicole Kidman and Colin Firth are both in talks to join the mystery-drama Stoker, the L.A. Times reports.

The film, written by Wentworth Miller and helmed by South Korean filmmaker Chan Wook-Park, centers around a girl and her mother who are visited by a mysterious uncle after India’s father dies.

Nicole would play the mother with Colin as the uncle and Mia Wasikowska as the girl, India Stoker.

Zdjęcia do "Stokera" już wiosną!

Według tego artykułu reżyserem Stokera został Chan-wook Park, Mia Wasikowska zastąpi Carey Mulligan, a Jodie Foster prawdopodobnie nie dołączy do obsady.
EXCLUSIVE: Alice in Wonderland's Mia Wasikowska is negotiating to star in Stoker, the Fox Searchlight thriller that will be directed by Oldboy and Thirst director Chan-wook Park. The script was written by Wentworth Miller, the Prison Break star who wrote under the pseudonym Ted Foulke. Ridley and Tony Scott will produce with Michael Costigan under the Scott Free banner.

Carey Mulligan had been attached when the script sold, but it be Wasikowska in the lead role when shooting begins this spring. She'll play an eccentric teen whose enigmatic and estranged uncle returns to the family after the death of the girl’s father. Strange things begin to happen. Jodie Foster had been attached along with Mulligan, but she's not doing the film, I'm told. When he sold Stoker, Miller had also written Uncle Charlie, a prequel that explores another chapter in the history of a family with a knack for burying secrets as well as bodies.

It’s a good start in 2011 for the Australian actress, who last year played the title role in the billion-dollar grossing Alice in Wonderland, and also starred in The Kids Are All Right, named a Best Picture Oscar nominee earlier this week. She just wrapped the title role in the Cary Fukunaga-directed Jane Eyre. She’s repped by WME, and RGM Artist Group in Australia.
